Last week, we learned to think deeply about the meanings within poems. Did you know that songs are a type of poetry too?

We were given a line from a song. Then, we had to draw a picture about what we thought the line meant (we needed to think very deeply!). We had no idea what the other lyrics to the song were.

After we had drawn our pictures, we put all of the lyrics together and had a look at the whole song.We listened to the song and walked around the pictures that we had drawn. It was a lot of fun!!!!!
